Can i sue a Business Process Outsourcing organization which is operatin from some foreign Countries?

Ex: Call centres which operate outta India for their American Clients.

logically, you’d sue the clients, who in turn sue the call centers or fire them etc.

    Sure if a theft can sue a farmer for paying his medical bills due to injuries made by the farmer because of the theft breaking into the farmers house then you can sue the company. Have fun!
