Work outsourcing Sources and Secrets. What exactly is happening in the Outsourcing business world .?

December 22nd, 2009 | by admin |

Earlier I asked question on some site but I never get true answer
I don’t know whether I my question not reached the correct person
or what is the secret behind "Outsourcing"

How companies from developing countries like India, China get Outsourcing works from US companies

What are all the sources

What exactly happens behind the closed doors of business

I think this question will help majority of people and I think its important too
if anybody looking for helping people to find works online

Or anybody offering the same can give information

or can mail me

I think I know about what you are asking, but I’m not exactly sure what information you are looking for. When I think of outsourcing, I think of many companies when I call their customer service departments I suspect the call goes to an overseas call center, or one where all of the employees are non-native English speakers (Yes, I am a USAmerican).

These people are very hard to understand and have NO POWER whatsoever to make exceptions or to really do anything (like forgive a fee or refund a charge) because the companies don’t really want them to help. They often do not understand me any better than I understand them.

Even when you ask to speak to a supervisor, the supervisor has no more authority to deal with your call than the person you originally got on the phone.

It is hardly a secret, many companies do it because it is cheap and many people will just give up on directing their complaints to the company. Myself, I remember this and try not to do business with those companies if at all possible.
